In addition to the Cacao farm tour and butterfly tour yesterday, the boys also befriended a pack of local kids who they played futbol with for hours... through the pouring rain and well into the night. I also looked out the window just in time to see them running up the river with the locals, inner tubes in hand, while the river swelled after the daily afternoon deluge! Gah!
Much later I had them shower since they had mud from head to toes and the biggest smiles I think they've ever donned! Almost 24 hours later I'm still waiting for their "quick dry" clothing to dry. In Quito the same clothes dried within an hours time.
